Why one plan?

Can the whole team use the finance teammate?

Yes. Invite the teammates who need to ask questions or work with the finance record. Their access remains authenticated, permissioned, and auditable in Runwait and Slack.

Does everyone forwarding a bill need an account?

No. Approved sender domains can forward invoices and receipts to the workspace bill inbox. Sending paperwork does not create a teammate or another charge.

Does the accountant need a paid seat?

No. Accountant guest access is included. Guests receive restricted Data Room access for the handoff and do not enter private runway, payroll, funding, or agent areas.

How much AI usage is included?

Normal day-to-day use by your internal startup team is included. Unusually heavy automated or bulk processing may need a larger plan later. Runwait will speak with you first and never add a surprise usage charge.

What support is included?

Product support and setup guidance are included. Runwait does not provide outsourced accounting or regulated financial advice.

Can I cancel and export my data?

Yes. Billing is monthly, you can cancel without a long contract, and your finance record stays exportable.
